Let’s Get Rid of All Non-Essential Workers

It will save us all a ton of money

I am a huge fan of frontline workers of all sorts. Nurses, firefighters, police officers, EMTs, doctors and anyone else our government labels an essential worker.

But what I don’t get is that means the rest of us are what you would call non-essential, or as Merriam-Webster defines us: “gratuitous, dispensable, needless, uncalled for and unnecessary”.

Ouch!
