“Homeless people made poor choices. You can’t help someone who won’t help themselves. If you give them money, they will probably just spend it on booze or drugs. I don’t want to see them every time I go to the store. Let’s move their camp to the mayor’s neighborhood and see how they like dealing with them so close to their house!”
