They are insufficiently loyal to Trump
The RNC (Republican National Committee) is having its annual winter meeting in Salt Lake City. Among the resolutions being considered is a demand, not a request, that the House GOP expel both Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.) and Adam Kinzinger (R-Ill.) from the Republican caucus.
