My recent novel, Empty Quiver, is about the effort of a fanatical group to steal a nuclear warhead. Set in the early 1980’s, the story evolves to a point where the Soviet KGB and American intelligence work together to thwart an effort that threatens them both, reminiscent of the U.S.-Soviet collaboration…
