Uncomfortable Thoughts About Ukraine

Our empathy must extend beyond Europe’s current crisis

I am riveted by the terrible news coming out of Ukraine. I am horrified at the actions of Russia’s shameless despot and his determination to recreate the old Soviet Union.

To be clear: Putin’s unprovoked attack on Ukraine is criminal, it is immoral, it must be condemned.
