Putin Ukraine Invasion
Life, morons, scarcity.
I expect Putin to fully invade and seize Kiev by mid May at the latest. The Ukraine leaders are clueless, they are are sheep. Putin is a wolf.
Putin sows the chaos in various key cities then he sends in his army to restore order. Rigged elections then take place where Ukrainians allegedly vote to become part of Russia.
“The confrontation in eastern Ukraine worsened on Monday with more official buildings seized by pro-Russian activists.”
The Guardian wrote 14th April 2014:
“Mr Putin’s best card is that he can credibly threaten military intervention. The west’s best card is that it knows he does not want to carry out that threat. The price of intervention followed by annexation would be very high for Russia. Western Ukraine would be permanently alienated, Russia would assume the burden of a rundown region whose discontents, at present focused on Kiev, might soon be aimed at Moscow, and a perhaps unbridgeable divide between Russia and the US and the EU would open up.”
PROPAGANDA
Sky News on 15 April 2014 reported how Russia was deeply concerned about deaths in relation Ukraine taking back its cities. If armed dissidents had taken over Russian streets Putin would surely have been significantly more vigorous and prompt in putting down the rebellion. Apparently 11 people have been killed.
The RIA news agency quoted Russia’s foreign ministry as saying it is “deeply concerned” about reports of casualties.
The Globe and Mail wrote on 14 April 2014:
Kiev says the separatists are organized by Moscow, seeking to repeat the seizure of the Crimea region.
Russia says the armed men are all locals acting on their own, but Western officials say the uprising is too well-coordinated to be entirely spontaneous, and bears too many similarities to the Russian operation in Crimea.
Sky News wrote, 15th April 2014:
The West has accused Russia of being behind the seizures in order to justify expanding its control beyond Crimea, which voted to join the Russian Federation in a referendum last month.
CIVIL WAR
Sydney Morning Herald, 16th April 2014:
“The country is on the brink of a civil war. It’s very sad,” Medvedev said on his Facebook page. He blamed the unrest on the new authorities in Kiev, who he charged had seized power “illegally” in a revolution in February and unleashed a wave of violence that they were now unable to control.
CBC News, 15th April 2014:
Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev gave a gloomy assessment, apparently referring to the deaths of at least two people on Sunday when Kyiv unsuccessfully tried to regain control in Slaviansk, about 150 km from the Russian border.
FATAL CLASHES — BLOODSHED
Daily Mail, 15th April 2104:
Up to 11 people are believed dead after airborne Ukrainian troops seized an airport in the country’s rebellious east today in the first sign that a promised ‘anti-terror operation’ had begun against pro-Russian separatists.
The Guardian, 17th April 2014:
Interior ministry special forces later began hunting the attackers down, capturing 63, according to Avakov. He said interior ministry forces hadn’t suffered any casualties, while three attackers were killed and 13 wounded.

The Russian president Vladimir Putin has accused Ukraine of plunging Kiev into an “abyss” and warned it has not ruled out sending troops into the east after the bloodiest night in the crisis so far.

Jewish Donetsk Issue
A leaflet has been distributed in Donstsk calling for Jews to resister and list their property. The Daily Mail wrote, 17th April 2014:
In March leaders of Ukraine’s Jewish communities published an open letter denouncing Russian anti-semitism and criticising Putin.
Mr Kerry, who is currently in Geneva for talks on Ukraine, also denounced apparent threats to members of the Russian Orthodox Church from members of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church.
