We love our work! PromoTeam results for the 5 month.
The time is 9:01 am on December 24, the New Year is right on the corner, and it’s time to sum up some of the results of 2020, or rather, PromoTeam’s achievements in 5 months of active work. These months have been truly productive for us, with moments of genuine joy and rare offense. Looking back and looking ahead, I am glad for the goal towards which we are moving. Let’s dive in the details.
All stories have a start, and our story started from the Phala Network. Phala has become a really friendly project for us, with a great team and cool relationships between all the network participants. What was done:
1. Assistance in creating an English-speaking community from scratch, attracting the first community development partners, the first admins of the English-speaking group. Telegram community growth from 200+ to 4000+.
2. Creation of a Russian-speaking community from scratch, Telegram groups from 300+ members, Medium blog, translations of articles and materials.
3. A series of promo videos and video reviews, with a total of 1500+ views.
4. Participation in the formation and development of the community, interaction with the project team on the development and promotion of the community. Formation of an information agenda and interaction with other teams.
5. Community growth during our participation in the project, Telegram metrics at the beginning of 400+ / today 5000+. Number of language groups at the beginning of 2 / now 8.
6. Informational support in HOT DOT NEWS, DOT Features and Polkadot News.
7. Participation in the Phala Spokesman program.
8. Active members of Vendetta Testnet. Creating a video tutorial, Gate Keeper node was launched.
9. Recorded 2 interviews with CEO of Phala Network (Marvin Tong) and Development Manager (Antonia Young)

We understand our contribution to the Polkadot ecosystem, but we’re ready for more actions, so we’ve created a proposal to Polkadot Treasury: the learning videos about the basics and innovations of the Polkadot ecosystem.
Support our ideas, it is very important for us!
The project we are working on the most and on which we have achieved excellent results.
1. Two testnet campaigns were successful, with participation and reward of community members, distribution of tokens.
2. Ambassador program has been created and implemented, the first and second wave of ambassadors have been involved, the motivational and managerial part of the program has been developed. The program proves its effectiveness every week; the third wave of ambassadors is planned in the near future.
3. Community growth from 0 to 4000+ members worldwide, 7+ language chats and community support languages.
4. More than 500 participants in the testnet.
5. More than 1300 site visitors daily during peak periods.
6. Support of groups, social networks and offline activities of the core Bifrost team.
7. Informational support in HOT DOT NEWS, DOT Features and Polkadot News.
8. 2 interviews were recorded: for the Russian and English speaking communities.
Creation of a series of videos — reviews and guides, the total number of views is more than 5000. They were actively used to promote Plasm Lockdrop — the distribution of native Plasm tokens. The total number of participants in the lockdrop is more than 5000, about 100,000 ETH were blocked.
- Creation of a Russian-speaking community, from 0 to more than 300 members of a Russian-speaking group, translation of articles into Russian.

3. Participation in the discussion and creation of the community reward program through smart contracts, the first scheme in the industry.
4. Communication with the project team on the development and promotion of the community.

We launched a Youtube channel: every subscriber, every like and every view is real. We already have almost 1000 subscribers and their number is growing every day.
The content plan has already been planned for a month in advance, which means that in addition to the videos that have already been released, new unexpected interviews will soon be added.
We started creating awesome DOT Features tutorials.
Polkadot, Kusama, Stafi.
With participation in the Kusama 1000 Validators program, and
super cool developer, we have officially become a validator for cool projects in the Polksdot ecosystem. It was a victory for us and we are not going to stop! New projects are ahead and we will definitely be there.
