Polkadot / Kusama
- Referendum 71, proposing to upgrade the Polkadot Relay Chain to runtime 9260, has been passed and executed.
- BitGo now supports Polkadot, bringing institutional grade security to the entire ecosystem.
- The Big Unlock: over 1.2 million KSM returned to the DotSama ecosystem on August 8th.
Acala / Karura
- Acala is excited to announce another deep integration of aUSD in the Moonbeam ecosystem.
- Astar and Acala together will launch the “DeFi Rising” program on Polkadot to unlock new opportunities and rewards for developers. Learn more.
- Acala has noticed a configuration issue of the Honzon protocol. Someone minted over 1.2 billion aUSD by gaining access to the network.

- OAK Network announced the launch plans for their crowdloan on Polkadot.
