How Does Polkaswap-as-a-service Work?

Here is an example to understand Polkaswap-as-a-service better.

Polkaswap and Project XYZ have agreed to collaborate and jointly contribute $400K, with funds locked for 12 months in the CERES liquidity locker.

Revenue Model

The revenue model for projects participating in the Polkaswap-as-a-service program consists of liquidity provision fees and strategic bonus rewards.

Additionally, teams can incentivize liquidity provision and farming of their pool with their own token through the Demeter Farming Platform (more about Demeter Farming-as-a-service).

On a wider scale, however, the greatest reward for participating will be that users will have wider access to your token, in case it was only available within a CEX or awarded to users for a parachain auction (crowdloan), or ICO.

For additional incentive, you can earn PSWAP for your treasury as part of the rewards available on Polkaswap for providing liquidity. The total provided liquidity will be distributed between the project and the SORA community, with half going to the project, while the rewards earned by the SORA community will be used to buy back and burn XOR or put to other productive use.
