Polkaswap Goes Mobile! Let’s Start Testing the SORAlution Mobile App

TL;DR

Polkaswap features are now supported in the SORAlution mobile app for Android*
Polkaswap is a safe and stable solution powered by the SORA network

*iOS version still in development

Polkaswap Mobile Overview

You can easily find the Polkaswap tab in the SORAlution mobile app tabs bar located at the bottom of the screen.

After you tap on the Polkaswap icon, the main page for swapping features opens. There are 2 main panels here — Swap and Pool. The pool option is currently unavailable and will be introduced in upcoming releases.

The Main Controls on the Swap Tab Are:

From — the asset that should be swapped
To — the asset that you would like to receive (the result of the swap)
The Slippage Tolerance controller

Before using any of the Polkaswap features, make sure you read the disclaimer carefully. You need to click on the Disclaimer button for it to appear.

Let’s Polkaswap!

Swapping is simplified with the mobile application. Tokens for testing are available from the SORA testnet faucet. SORAlution and the Polkaswap testnet web application are based on the same test network

Select the From and To assets

2. Enter the amount that you would like to swap

3. Tap the Confirm button

4. And congratulations, the swap is completed!

Advanced Swapping Functions

Select the Market

The preferred market (TBC [Token Bonding Curve] or Smart) can be selected in the Market section located on the top right corner. When you tap on it you will see the available markets and their description.

After you select the Market algorithm it will be displayed in the top right corner of the Swap screen.

Advanced Input of the Asset Amount

You can specify the percentage of the amount that you’d like to swap, you can select 75%, 50%, or 25%. If you select to swap 100%, a small amount of XOR will be reserved for paying fees.

Changing The Swap Direction

The swap direction may be changed by clicking the button with arrows between assets.

Select a XOR → VAL swap, then tap the arrows.
The swap direction will be changed and now you will see a VAL → XOR swap.
