Welcome to the SORA Synthetic Airdrop campaign, the first phase of a series of campaigns to celebrate the launch of SORA Synthetic Assets (XST) on Polkaswap.
This campaign aims to introduce users to the exciting possibilities within the Polkaswap ecosystem and encourage active participation.
By participating, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with SORA Synthetic tokens (XST) and explore their potential within the SORA ecosystem and beyond. Please note that there will be future Phase 2 and 3 of the campaign.

Here are the Rules and Guidelines to Participate in the SORA Synthetics Airdrop Campaign
Campaign Duration
The SORA Synthetics Airdrop campaign will run for four weeks, from the 31st of August to the 28th of September.
You Must Fulfill These Airdrop Requirements
- The claiming process will involve signing up with and providing a SORA network address.
2. Your ETH account must exist for at least three months with 5+ transactions or more (no bots). You can paste your ETH address into etherscan.io and search for your first transaction (this would help identify your account's “age”).
3. Your social media accounts must be verified via Gleam.
4. You must share the airdrop post on social media (Copy to get the link and paste it on your tweet and share) and follow these SORA ecosystem accounts: https://t.me/sora_xor, https://twitter.com/sora_xor, https://discord.com/invite/4TXRN6Y4gb, and https://medium.com/sora-xor.
5. If you participate in bridging and liquidity provision steps, you must share your transaction hash as proof to claim your bonus.
🚨IMPORTANT RULE🚨
Your actions will ONLY count if they’re performed AFTER the kick-off of the airdrop campaign. So, eyes on the clock and make sure you’re on the mark! Even if the Gleam platform shows your action as completed, it doesn’t guarantee it’s done right or that the reward will be paid out. Ensure you follow the guidelines to the T!
Additionally, you must provide a link as evidence that you shared the airdrop post.
Here is a Walkthrough to Sign up for Polkaswap and get your Address:
- Go to polkaswap.io and click ‘Connect Account.’
2. Choose one of the wallets (either Fearless Wallet (Chrome users only) or any other Substrate network signer you prefer). You may also use the integrated Google option.
3. Click on your preferred wallet or “Select all” if you have multiple accounts. Then tap ‘Yes, allow this application access.
4. After logging in, select your account; in this case, it is ‘Public Testing.’
5. Tap on the wallet address to copy it to the clipboard.
6. Paste your wallet address to the Gleam form.
IMPORTANT NOTE: ETH gas fees may vary; therefore, ensure you always have enough ETH to pay the fees. XOR fees are fixed to 0.7 XOR per transaction.
Reward System and Actions
Participants will earn points for each action completed. The list of available activities and their corresponding points are as follows:
💡 Bridge assets from Ethereum to SORA: Earn $5 (limited to $5,000, top 1,000 users). Participants can use only one bridge transaction ID as proof for this task.
How to Bridge Assets, a HASHI Bridge Walkthrough
Go to https://polkaswap.io/#/bridge/
- Tap ‘Connect account.’
2. Ensure you have MetaMask or another compatible wallet installed with enough ETH to transfer to SORA and to cover gas fees. If you do not have MetaMask, you can download it here.
3. If you have multiple accounts in MetaMask, select the one you’d like to use with Polkaswap and proceed.
4. Then, choose any EVM token you want (ETH and DAI are recommended due to the highest liquidity in the platform, etc.)
💡 If you don’t have enough funds in your Metamask to participate in the campaign, you can buy XOR via Moonpay. Here is a tutorial.
5. After you have chosen the token, enter the amount you wish to transfer (make sure you have some ETH to pay gas fees).
6. Click ‘Confirm,’ and that’s it; you must wait for 30 block confirmations, and your funds will be available on the SORA network.
7. To find your bridge transaction ID, navigate to the “Bridge” page and click on the Bridge History button.
8. Then tap on your last transaction.
9. Copy the TX ID (required as proof for this task).
💡 The more you bridge, the more chances you will be rewarded!
💡 Swap any token for any Synthetic token or XST: earn $0.5 for each swap (max $10) ($10,000 divided between the top early-bird 1,000 users).
How to Swap on Polkaswap
2. Choose the token you have previously bridged from Ethereum (in our example, we use DAI.)
3. Choose XST or other synthetic token as the destination token (TO).
4. Enter the number of tokens you want to swap and click ‘Swap.’
💡 Liquidity provision in the XOR-XST pool: earn $30 (participants need to provide transaction ID) — tx minimum is $100 and must be locked for two weeks ($1,000+ LP — Discord guild role) $18,000 top 600 users.
How to Provide Liquidity in Polkaswap
To fulfill this task, you must lock a minimum of $100 ($50 XOR + $50 XST) for two weeks. The reward will be $30 for completing this simple action.
💡 If, for any reason, $100 is not enough, you need to withdraw the money from the pool and deposit it again with a slightly more significant amount.
- Go to https://polkaswap.io/#/pool/, or click ‘Pool.’
2. Click ‘Add Liquidity’.
3. Enter the token pairs we showed in the example.
4. Deposit XST and XOR (most liquidity pools on SORA are paired with XOR) and lock at least $100 for two weeks.
5. Click on ‘Add liquidity,’ then sign the transaction.
6. Send the transaction hash to approve your submission (you can find your TX ID at “Account” → “Activity”; search for the transaction that mentions added liquidity).
When you provide liquidity, you are guaranteed to receive airdrop rewards.
🔥Additionally, you will benefit from:
- Fees collected from liquidity provision (LP), paid in PSWAP tokens.
- Strategic rewards in PSWAP.
- The opportunity to participate in Demeter Farming using your XOR-XST LP, which can earn you extra rewards (up to $5).
Refer a Friend: The Top 10 Referral Earns $100
*Earn 10 points for each successful referral (Participants must provide the referred friend’s transaction ID).
- The referral must make a bridge + make at least two transactions during the campaign.
- A successful referral is valid when your friend joins the Polkaswap Airdrop using your unique referral link and confirms you as their referrer.
- Each participant can use only one unique referral link or code, which cannot be modified.
- A single wallet address can only refer to one other wallet address.
- Participants are eligible for referral rewards only if no other participant has referred the invited user.
💡To qualify for the referrer bonus, you must fulfil the exact requirements as other airdrop participants (a. ETH account must exist for at least three months with 5+ transactions or more. b. Complete a bridge transaction).
📝 How can you get the unique referral code? Bond some XOR
Here’s what you need to do:
2. Click on XOR Bonded, and then on ‘Bond more.’
3. You can enter any amount, but remember that it should be more than 0.7 XOR to pay a fee for the referral.
4. Now copy the link and send it to your friends. You’ll see them in the referrals list when they join the network.
5. Share your Polkaswap referral link to get 10% of your referral’s network fees.
How to get paid?
- If someone joins Polkaswap using your referral link, you’ll get the information on the referral screen.
2. If your referee makes a transaction, you’ll see the reward you get, which will be automatically added to your XOR balance.
💡 Referral Rewards Calculation: Your referral relationship is established when your referee joins the SORA Synthetics Airdrop and confirms you as their referrer. Referral rewards are linked to XOR bonding and are subject to the SORA referral system.
Examples
Example 1: $20.
- Bridge from Ethereum to SORA: Get a $5 reward (Top 1000 big bridge transactions get rewards)
- Swap to any synthetic token or XST: Get $10 (Top 1000 early bird transactions will get rewards)
- Liquidity Provision: Not applicable, as the minimum is $100
Total: $15 reward in XSTUSD (For example, without participation in the referral program)
Example 2: Recommended contribution amount — $120.
- Bridge from Ethereum to SORA: get a $5 reward (Top 1000 big bridge transactions get rewards)
- Swap to any synthetic token or XST: Get $10 (Top 1000 early bird transactions will get rewards)
- Liquidity Provision: $100 for 2 weeks and get $30 (+share of pool)
Total: $45+ in XSTUSD (For example, without participation in the referral program)
Example 3: A participant contributes $1,000.
- Bridge from Ethereum to SORA: get a $5 reward (Top 1000 big bridge transactions get rewards)
- Swap to any synthetic token or XST: Get $10 (Top 1000 early bird transactions will get rewards)
- Liquidity provision in XOR-XST pool: $30 and a special role in the SORA Discord for future contributions and rewards (and pool share)
- Participate in the referral program and bring the most referrals: The top 10 of the biggest referrers will earn a $100 bonus (as well as a percentage of your referrals’ transactions).
Total: $145+ in XSTUSD and special guild Discord role.
Reward Distribution
Participants can claim their rewards following the Rewards Distribution Schedule, which will occur after October 27th. Prizes can only be claimed after this specific date and time (will be announced later).
Campaign Capacity and Special Prize
The SORA Synthetics Airdrop campaign has a capacity for up to 10,000 users. Participants can earn a maximum reward of $40 for completing the actions and additional strategic system rewards. Additionally, a special prize of $100 will be awarded to participants with the best referral point performance.
