Morning Coffee Ritual

I’m the first person up every morning. I get up around 4:45 to 5 AM in the summer and around 6 AM in the winter. I do this because it’s the only time when I can sit and write uninterrupted. The first interruption of the day happens if my oldest sleeps in late. If that happens, I have to drive her to school around 7 AM.
