Polyglot haiku in English, Swahili, and German

English:
When loving is hard
go where fading holds the heart
like a dry flower.
Swahili:
Kama penzini ni pagumu
sitiri moyo wako na kumbukumbu
kama ua lililokaushwa.
German:
Wenn Liebe schwer fällt
halte Dein Herz wie
eine getrocknete Blume.
