We are hiring! Find all open positions right here

Today I am beyond excited to finally talk about a project that has been close to my heart for the last few years: PolygonFlow!

In 2016 I had developed a few plugins which aimed to solve workflow issues faced by artists on a daily basis. Those tools sold over 30K licenses, with almost every major game studio using them to this day.

As an artist, it was clear that my peers were longing for a revolution in modern 3D workflows, and the idea behind Polygonflow was just that: a new concept around which tools are made, shared and maintained.

Create your own tools with GraphN

Our flagship software GraphN is a visual programming software that aims to give artists and technical artists the most powerful and accessible plugins creation platform out there. At its core, GraphN takes the best of modern scripting pipelines, and wraps it into an unparalleled visual programming interface.

We deeply believe that artists should be involved in the conversation of what the tools of the future should look and feel like; and with GraphN we want artists and engineers to build that future together.

Supercharge your workflow with Metanode

Metanode is a library of tools that seamlessly integrate within your favorite 3D software or game engine, giving your creativity a generational leap.

Want to unwrap a bunch of objects in your scene? Just type “unwrap objects” and you’re all set. Looking into optimizing your assets, then sending them to Unreal Engine? Metanode has you covered as well. Automatic unwrapping, smooth boolean intersections, remeshing, shape creation, automatic retopology and many other tools are actively being developed to ensure that you never have to worry about such mundane and time consuming tasks.

Connecting art & technology

Every tool you’ll have access to in Metanode will be fully customizable. All you have to do is right-click on the tool, click Edit, and GraphN will pop up with the construction graph of your tool, giving you an overview of how it was made, where your most used parameters are, and how to change them.

This makes every tool in your pipeline extremely customizable, from the UI creation to the core algorithm tweaking.

We’ll be running an internal beta later this year, and you can expect public release of our ecosystem (GraphN & Metanode) come spring 2021.

We are hiring! Help us redefine next-gen workflows

We are an extremely ambitious, fully funded and experienced team that deeply believes in Polygonflow’s mission, and if you’re a Technical Artist, Graphics Programmer or Environment Artist looking for an opportunity to redefine art creation workflows, we’d love to hear from you!

Check our LinkedIn webpage for more info on all the open positions, and feel free to reach out if you want to know more: info@polygonflow.io

Stay safe, and until next time!
