My Love Affair With the Tarots
Sixes: The Second Level of Equilibrium
Here we are. Seekers. Leaving the surface of things. Timid paramours penetrating Neptune’s deeper seas. His Trident a love-gift. Knowledge from the undersea chambers where reside the unconscious and superconscious mind.
We are Tarot.
Today our journey of self-discovery progresses to the sixes. We are in Equilibrium. Lovely where we are in our gentle suspension. We had come from the Passive, carried here on the wings of Active flight. And now we can but wait, cocooned in our glorious equilibrium, never hurried, but waiting for the compelling urges of completion working through us: the Result.
As we research the sixes with the diligence of a scientist, we must always be alert to the urging that is a part of us but mysteriously outside us, that will crack the fuzzy shell of Equilibrium’s cocoon. (Language limps. Do you feel what I am saying? Again, I have a flash of borrowed insight I need to share with you.):
