I’m so happy you chose to join me today on this journey of personal inner discovery. You will pull out of your inquiry an exact proportion of what you put into it.

❓ The Three IFs

If you dig deep, you have the potential to return with unimagined riches.

If you merely scratch its surface out of fear or distrust of the unknown, it will mirror back only the residue of what your disinterest conceals.

If, on the other hand, you suspect or know you have that fear or distrust of the unknown, and still, you continue, you begin your journey with an added bonus of courage.

☁️ Mythological cosmogony

“Before earth and sea and heaven were created, all things wore one aspect, to which we give the name of Chaos — a confused and shapeless mass, nothing but dead weight, in which, however, slumbered the seeds of things.” — Bullfinch’s Mythology

With the last eight of Bullfinch’s words, above, we have the core meaning of this first [group of four]of the Minor Arcana’s number cards:

[…] in which, however, slumbered the seeds of things.
