About Camp

Let’sMOD Camp is an online program for 8 to 16 years old kids currently running through August 29, with two 1-hour online game design sessions per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:30 AM Pacific Time.

Videos are available for those that miss any live sessions.

The camp’s goal is for each participant to create an innovative game, animation, simulation, or interactive story called a Camp Machine. Participants create their Camp Machine individually and can pitch their games in the upcoming live sessions to get the help of more experienced kid creators called Mentors.

Fill out this form to reserve your spot to pitch and level up your game with other kids in the upcoming live sessions.

There is also an optional Saturday session at 9 AM Pacific Time, where Mentors pitch their amazing Camp Machines to internationally-recognized speakers.

Participants can optionally submit a machine created by their team (teams are called “startups”).

Let’sMOD Camp’s online sessions are designed for kids 8 to 16 years old (with no prior experience necessary in coding, animation, AI, computational thinking, or Web3) to create, learn and MODify many Machines provided to them to create their own amazing Camp Machine through the following activities.
