Polyup is proud to announce that we are now COPPA and FERPA certified by FTC-approved Safe Harbor oversight program iKeepSafe!

The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) regulates the collection of student data from users under 13 years of age. Polyup does not collect, store, or maintain data from users under 13 years of age. What can we say? We’re cautious.
