Hello, we are Pootsy. We are recruiting Sales Representatives to help us grow.

About Pootsy

Pootsy is an HR management tool for Personal Home Services (cleaning, care, …), including the following features: real-time booking platform, planning management, mobile workforce management, CRM tool, HR follow-up, etc…

Thousands of Workers of Professional Companies deliver Home Services (Cleaning, Gardening, Beauty, Baby Sitting, …) every day to millions of customers in Belgium and Europe. But they don’t have the digital tools they deserve to help them everyday (yet). We want to digitalize the experience of Personal Home Services. For everyone: Companies, Workers and Customers.

Sales Representative at Pootsy

We have developed a very nice product. But that would be worthless without Partners to use it. And that’s your mission: advocate digital transformation into the Personal Home Services industry.

Your target: Home Services Companies.

In order to convert leads into prospects intro clients, your mission will mostly consist of:

· Developing B2B acquisition strategies;

· Effectively turn Prospects into Partners;

Your daily tasks will be:

· Execute an acquisition strategy: build and feed our acquisition database (analyze, identify and qualify potential clients). We have already some processes to help you;

· Manage the inbound flow of clients inquiries;

· Oversee the onboarding process with new clients;

· Report your activity during our weekly Business Meetings or via Hubspot, our Business CRM Tool

· Collaborate with our Partner Success Managers who will take the lead once Prospects turn into Partners

· You have a strong commercial interest. Convincing people is your hobby (at least 3 years of professional experience is a plus);

· You like to move: our Clients are everywhere in Belgium;

· You speak at least one of the national langues + english (but well, if you read this, it means you probably speak english);

· You will bring a positive vibe: dynamic, positif, autonomous, energetic, … You name it!;

· You like new technologies.

Pootsy’s offices are located in Buzzynest, a gorgeous and brand new location in South Brussels (La Hulpe and Auderghem).
