The Icelandic Elections

The potential for the first Pirate government in Europe exists.

Icelandic politics has been turned on its head following the revelations that implicated the Prime Minister and Progressive Party Leader Sigmundur Davíð Gunnlaugsson.

Since that event, the Pirate Party skyrocketed to become the largest party in Iceland. I have recently created a model that measures the relative regional strength of each party based off recent election data combined with the averages of recent polls to try and predict the number of seats.

Based off of current polling data, these are the projected seats that I believe will be closest to the actual election results.
