Announcing Port Finance Bug Bounty Program!

Last week, we conducted a guarded launch of Port Finance on Mainnet! Following this milestone, we are excited to share our bug bounty program with our users. Test our product, break the limits, find vulnerabilities, keep everyone at the Port safe… and of course, win rewards for doing so! Find out more here.

Bug Bounty

With the expected management of huge amounts of assets, this of course puts great pressure on our team to guarantee the security of Port Finance. The team has been heads down in development and has done periodic internal codebase reviews to ensure the strong integrity of our core contracts. Still, we always believe that more can be done. We will be running an active bug bounty, with prizes up to $100,000 USD.

Program Details

Rewards for Bug Bounties will be assessed based on a rated scale

• Critical: Up to $100,000
• High: Up to $10,000
• Medium: Up to $1,000
• Low: Up to $250

Other relevant aspects which will be factored into the bounty include (but is not limited to):

• Level of difficulty of discovering the vulnerability
• Level of detail in the vulnerability report
• Discovered vulnerability must not be disclosed to any other person or entity

Please note that all rewards will be distributed at the discretion of the Port Finance team, and the team reserves the right to adjust the bounty depending upon the severity of the vulnerability reported and the quality of the report.
