Pompey in the Community — A city that cares about inclusion.

Portsmouth FC’s crest does not just represent the club, but the work that PITC has done with the local community.

Duke Harrison-Hunter works as the Equality, Diversity and Inclusions Officer for Pompey in the Community.

According to PITC, 37,000 people directly benefited from the programmes that the charity put on last season.

Mr Harrison-Hunter aims for football to be a place where everyone is welcome, regardless of ethnicity, race or sexual orientation. Then, for that same equality and inclusion to be observed outside the boundaries of Fratton Park.

He is also teaching the importance of good mental health to staff at Pompey In The Community and Portsmouth Football Club.
