Westminster Central Hall hosts the St Vincent Family Project, run by volunteers, to assist young families in the community.

The project provides a safe space for families to avoid isolation, as well as offering a range of services including therapy and one-to-one support.

Last year 783 free sessions were provided by family space, and 90% of families surveyed agreed SVFP helped them towards reducing social isolation.

The project offers weekly programmes including ‘Dads Space’, a playgroup for dads and children up to 5 years old, as well as other playgroups. Parenting courses are offered to teach a range of skills such as behaviour and the importance of play. And healthy living courses are offered to teach healthy eating and lifestyle tips.
