Dear our beloved Posinations,

We are pleased to announce that we have completed the integration of Position Exchange’s Decentralized Perpetual Trading Protocol (DPTP) on OKC (OKX Chain).

About OKC

OKC (OKX Chain) is an EVM-compatible L1 built on Cosmos with a focus on true interoperability (IBC) and maximized performance. At high scalability, developers can build and scale with low gas fees. The OKC ecosystem and infrastructure, including the all-in-one multi-chain Web3 interface, enable a seamless experience for both developers and users.

It is worth mentioning OKC’s benefits:

  • Improved interoperability for a multi-chain future
  • High scalability: Developers can build and scale with low gas fees
  • Ever-expanding ecosystem & infrastructure to create and allow for more utility and innovation.

This collaboration is for the ultimate purpose of delivering advanced decentralized financial tools with almost no fee to a broader trading community. From here, we commit to supporting OKC to become a more efficient chain and hope for more ambitious projects in the future.

Our Plan

Position Exchange’s DPTP has made its way to the top of Dapps with the most user growth in the last 30 days. It once entered the top 10 Dapps with the highest number of active users within 24 hours. By collaborating with OKC, we believe we can create something truly revolutionary and make a meaningful positive impact in the DeFi space. The support from OKC will be extremely vital in helping us develop a stable product while increasing the number of active users for both.

As Position Exchange DEX 2.0 has been introduced recently, we are discussing the possibility of its integration with OKC. Keep an eye out for more updates on this front by following us on our social media channels.

Get started with OKC

As OKC is an EVM-compatible blockchain, it allows you to use any Ethereum-compatible wallet such as Metamask, TokenPocket, TrustWallet, etc.

Alternatively, you can also download the OKX wallet for a better user experience.

Download a wallet that supports OKC

  1. To use Web3 wallet: visit https://www.okx.com/cn/web3, download Web3 wallet, follow the instructions to create an account, and do not forget your login password and mnemonic phrases etc, also create backups.
  2. To use Metamask: visit https://metamask.io/, download Metamask, follow the instructions to create an account, and do not forget your login password and mnemonic phrases, etc, and also create backups.
  3. Currently, TokenPocket, Bitkeep, ONTO, and HyperPay already support OKC. For details, check the tutorials on each wallet’s official website.

In this user guide, we will demonstrate how to connect a Metamask wallet on OKC.

Automatic Setup & Add Network to your wallet

Step 1: Visit the OKC home page.

Step 2: Select the “Connect Wallet” button at the top of the page.

Step 3: Select the “MetaMask” or alternative wallets that you want to connect.

Step 4: Select the “Connect Wallet Extension” button, and your MetaMask will automatically connect to OKC.

Manual Setup & Add Network to your wallet

Step 1: Connect MetaMask to OKC

Check out our guidelines on how to set up a Metamask wallet here.

Once you have a MetaMask account, the first time you log in to a new device, the screen will display the default Ethereum Mainnet. You should notice that in case your assets are not found, make sure you have selected the correct network.

Bridge assets from BNB Chain to OKC
