One Saturday morning, while having a late breakfast Alex received a call from his friend Peter. Peter has invited Alex to join him to the party around 7 p.m. Alex has promised to come and did not have plans for the evening and had some free time to spare. Peter was slightly surprised as expected Alex to refuse. Peter asked him if he had less work to do now that he finally got free time. Alex shared that he still had a lot of work to do but he manages to organize his time more efficiently and takes less assignments at home. Peter asked Alex whether he is using the brain training app he advised a month ago and if Alex liked it. Alex shared his experience with app. He was using it for a month and is excited to track his record, especially via Muse headsets. He mentioned he has some mild improvements according to the App progress tracker but since he does not sync the Muse feedback regularly he is not sure whether the progress is accurate. Also, Alex is not sure if the app actually the reason of his improved efficiency at work. He also shared his annoyance with the reminders to use the app and that he disabled it. After disabling, he realized he was not using the app as regularly. Peter told him that in order to get results, Alex needs to use the app regularly and probably needs to switch on the reminders back.
