The big issue with air travel, next to the annoying delays, unsatisfying security checks, and sometimes questionable on-plane cuisine, is, of course, the environmental impact it has. KLM just signed a deal to yearly buy 75% of the product made by at the new bio-kerosene plant in Delfzijl. Will using bio-kerosene lower aviation’s carbon footprint?
