Gen Zers are coming of age and entering the workforce, and this makes brands, marketers, and the industry at large pay attention. They’re digital natives, culturally aware, constant access/WiFi in their pockets — 96% own a smartphone and half are spending 10 hours a day online. There is no online/offline. It’s simply life without boundaries.
