While not strictly vegan, this West Village spot offers a plethora of comfort foods to make any plant-based eater feel right at home. For brunch, try the tofu scramble with a side of hash browns and grilled veggies. If you’re craving a ‘burger’, go for the Malibu Burger topped w/ avocado, grilled portobello, roasted corn, black bean salsa and sun-dried tomato-garlic soy mayo!
Blossom
Blossom’s a little on the pricier side of things, but it’s worth it. Carb it up with cashew-based fettuccine alfredo, or the signature Bacon Cheeseburger with tapioca cheddar, soy bacon, grilled mushrooms, caramelized onions, L&T and chipotle aioli — all on a sesame seed bun. YES to all of that.

If you’ve got a sweet tooth, Peacefood is the place for you. They offer an extensive list of desserts including chocolate chip cookie sandwiches, mini brownies, peanut better cheesecake, and chocolate cacao mousse pie. And did we mention all of their desserts are egg and dairy free? Give it a go.
