While Ellie Goulding was recording her new album ‘Brightest Blue,’ she powered her studio sessions with local vegetarian food. The album comes out today, so she’s curating a Vegetarian Restaurants collection on Postmates to spread the love.
When she’s in the states, Ellie definitely has her favorite spots. She always has to get Veggie Grill and her regional go-tos are Red Bamboo in New York, Crossroads Kitchen and Gracias Madre in LA, and Planta in Miami.
