Introducing Postmates Plus: $3.99 flat delivery from your favorite places

Postmates not only delivers the ultimate in convenience, but we’re also constantly working to offer you the fastest delivery from the best merchants at the most affordable price.

Last year we rolled out our Preferred Merchant Program and started offering deliveries for a flat fee of $4.99. Today, over 35% of our deliveries are coming from our preferred merchants. In many cases, Postmates is the fastest and the most affordable way to get items from these merchants delivered.

Given the popularity of our $4.99 delivery option we decided to turn it into a product itself, which we’re calling Postmates Plus and launching today. We’re also lowering the delivery fee to a flat $3.99. Plus is now live in 23 of our 40 markets and we’ll be rolling out to other markets over the coming months. Plus orders are always accepted, so you no longer need to wait to be matched to a Postmate.

You can easily navigate to it using our tab bar. Every Plus merchant is also marked with a Plus badge. If you see a merchant, either by browsing or by searching and you spot a Plus badge you easily know that the delivery fee is $3.99.
