Honeydew Collins

1 1/2 ounces white rum
3/4 Midori
3/4 ounce fresh honeydew juice
1/4 ounce of lime juice
1/2 an ounce of club soda

Midori & Rye

2 ounces whiskey
Ounce of fresh lemon juice
3/4 ounce Midori
1/2 an ounce of simple syrup

Cucumber Lime Mint Agua Fresca

4 1/2 cups coarsely chopped seeded peeled cucumbers (about 4 medium)
4 cups cold water
2 cups ice cubes
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup fresh lime juice
2 large pinches of salt
Additional ice cubes

Not in the mood to go green? How about an Irish Coffee?

Irish Coffee:

6 ounces hot, freshly brewed coffee
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon packed brown sugar
1 1/2 ounces Irish whisky
Freshly whipped cream
