From the origins of Emmerge, we wanted to build tools for client services, customer success teams and freelancers. These front-line employees are incredibly important to the long-term success of a business, but the tools for them still lag way behind what sales teams have.

TIMED sends weekly reports every Friday that capture every email, no matter how small, and uses data from watching tens of thousands of real emails to estimate how long each message took to read or write.
