Potato and the audience of the future

We’re stoked to announce Potato is part of a consortium which has won government investment to create a state of the art immersive experience, redefining how audiences consume stories from entertainment brands in the future.

Potato — along with Tiny Rebel Games, Sugar Creative, and the University of South Wales — won one of four Innovate UK Demonstrator Competitions to transform audience experiences using immersive approaches. The four competitions included moving image, sports entertainment, visitor attraction and performing arts. Potato is part of the consortium which won the moving image challenge. The multi-million pound project, which officially kicked off this week, will run for two years, culminating in a reimagined consumer storytelling experience.

There will be many exciting announcements and activities during the project — including state of play updates, the opportunity to take part in immersive experiences, sharing learning about ways of working — and you can follow it all on the Potato website, our Medium publication, or our Twitter feed.
