2016
- Founded on May 20, 2016

2017

- Partners with Carlton & United Breweries (CUB) to create the VB Solar Exchange, which allows households to trade their excess solar power for beer - Zero Carbon Certification Scheme
- Becomes a founding partner in the Smart Energy Council & Hydrogen Australia’s Zero Carbon Certification Scheme to develop a certification methodology for hydrogen and ammonia
