Soul Reaper — Steam Page Now Live!

It’s hard to believe just how much has happened since the last update! We’re only halfway through October, and there’s a lot of exciting developments to discuss!
Let’s begin by addressing the major news first: Soul Reaper’s Steam page has been approved!
With a quick search of the title, you’ll be whisked away to the page seen above. We’ve added a number of screenshots from the recent build, but expect even more media the closer we get to the release date. Soul Reaper launches into Early Access this Halloween!
Why Early Access? Well, for a comprehensive explanation, I definitely recommend that you check out our previous Dev Blog here. The short and sweet of it, however, is that it allows us time to polish the game while taking feedback from the community. The majority of elements you’ll find in the final game will be present in the Day 1 Early Access build, but much can be tweaked and altered based off of the reception we receive from the players.
Back in the Spotlight!
Speaking of feedback, Power Level Studios will once again be bringing Soul Reaper to another event! Join us on Oct. 17th for Momentum: a brand new media event for influencers and developers alike! You’ll be able to mingle with the devs while playing the most up to date build of Soul Reaper yet!
We’ll be at 10 Duke St. (Autodesk Canada Ltd. building, Montreal), and for more information, check out the event page here. It’s free to attend, so we hope to see you there!
A Paper Figurine for Halloween!
Wow, who’s that handsome devil? (Er, reaper.) This is our custom paperfoldables figurine, and Benign tried his shot at recreating such a masterpiece using the provided instructions!
Well, for having a hook for a hand, I guess he did okay. However, if you think you could do better…
We’re Hosting a Contest!
Yup, that’s right! Check out our previous Dev Blog for instructions, but in short, if you can make a better figurine than Benign’s, then you can enter for a chance to win a free Steam key! There can be only 5 winners, so if you’re up for an arts and crafts project, please feel free to try your shot at it! You can download the high quality .pdf of the paperfoldable here.
