There was a little girl in Kenya who used to help her dad mil the family cows.
Every morning, as soon as it was light enough out, she would be out there with her dad milking the cows.
When she finished milking the cows, she would run the 14 miles from her home to her school where she spent the day before running the 14 miles back to her home.
She ran because she was poor, and she had no other way of getting to and from school, but in the process, she developed major discipline and stamina.
Almost 24 years ago, at the age of 20, this girl turned down a medical scholarship and discovered her passion for a career of running.
That little girl is now 44 years old.
🏅 Her name is Lornah Kiplagat, Olympic gold medallist, world record holder, and founder of a famous training center in Kenya.
You wake up every day, and there are hundreds of things you could do to start making a better world for yourself, even for others.
You might feel like you’re in hell right now, but the truth is that when you have to fight your way out of hell, to create your own success, you grow tremendously!

No one is going to come put a crown on your head and say “you are now a great, you are now a success”.
