Research suggests that people who walk more than 10,000 steps per day tend to be of normal weight.

On the other hand, those who walk less than 5,000 steps per day tend to be obese.

The main takeaway is that people who move more live longer than people who move less.

Almost everything in life can be broken down into steps.
