The February Batch of FAQs

The overview of my ad texts for Google Ads doesn’t show prices, only {=PPCBee_Data.Price:1} — what can I do about it?

You don’t have to do anything since everything’s fine; PPC Bee has a special function — Google Ads — Ad Customizers.

Let’s say, for example, that you want to add information about price into your ad text. When using ad customizers, price isn’t added in the form of a text, but as a variable {=PPCBee_Data.Price:1}. This means that there’s no need to delete your ad text and create a new one every time you’re changing prices; simply change keyword parameters. This also maintains the ad text’s quality score.

I’ve made a couple of changes to my PPC Bee campaigns but they don’t show after synchronization.

You’ve set up your campaigns, synchronized them, and only then realized that a couple of changes were needed. So you went to your account to manually pause the campaigns and then started editing them in PPC Bee. As soon as you were done, you launched synchronization and then checked the changes directly in your account but they didn’t show… do you find this situation familiar?

If the answer is yes, simply launch the campaigns manually in the system; the changes will show after synchronization. PPC Bee doesn’t make changes to paused campaigns.

How do I get a PPC Bee certificate?

There are two requirements you need to meet in order to obtain a PPC Bee certificate. First, attend our introductory workshop — sign up here. Second, use PPC Bee to manage the account of at least one paying client.

The certification process itself happens at our office where you’ll be given an assignment and 1–2.5 hours to complete it in PPC Bee. Tom, our optimizer, will then go through the finished task with you and evaluate it.

Is this information useful but still didn’t provide you with the answer you were looking for? Perhaps it’s in our brand new manual! And if you don’t find it there, don’t hesitate to contact our support team at support@ppcbee.com. :)
