Just as the word describes, user-centered design is a design paradigm which focuses on what the user wants.

Project team members are often arguing on how they see the product. But above all of their opinion, once again, we must focus on the user.

One tool for help doing this is a persona.

With persona, you should be able to design your application effectively and will remove confusion between the team on how the users will use the app.

You tend to canvas the user community, collect their requests for functions, and then provide them a product containing all of those functions. I call this the sum of all desired features.” — Alan Cooper
