It’s not easy admitting when someone doesn’t love us back. Things don’t work out and we miss each other on these crazy paths through life. Before you know it, the person that you fell for is the one who got away. You can spend the rest of your life stuck in toxic rumination patterns if you’re not careful. Still struggling to let go of that one great love? Don’t lose yourself. Accept that it’s time to move on and redefine your sense of love.

Are you still pining after the partner that got away? Maybe you dated for a bit, but things didn’t work out. Perhaps you have a lot of regrets. Or you never let them know how you felt in the first place. The relationships we want or imagine don’t work out sometimes.
