Have you ever been derailed by that self-critical voice inside? You know the one. It’s that little voice of doubt that rears its ugly head any time you’re about to do something great for yourself. Everyone has a little inner critic inside of them, who likes to sew seeds of negativity that keep you stuck right where you are — in places that are unhappy, but familiar. If you want to get that future you’ve been working so hard to manifest, then you need to get control of your inner critic. Silencing them is not always an option. In those instances, the best thing we can do is change the perspective and befriend that inner critic inside of us.

Your inner critic will sink you.

We all have an inner critic. And when we allow that inner critic to get behind the steering wheel of our lives, it turns into chaos. Those with a high level of self-criticism are at risk of getting stuck in a judging mindset. Inflexible and self-destructive, their lives become a fog of disappointment.
