Nothing is ever about me! Everyone looks to me to provide answers results, solace, kind and meaningful word, comfort, food and most of all cuddles.

So to reach out and talk about ME is hard, what is my personal mission into the galatical world of furthering myself and self managing a team!

Below is a brief interview with myself!

Why am I here?

In truth I am here because I was told to be here.
The younger ME as this article is all about ME, would have declined the opportunity probably vehemently, lost my job, always the way being a female working in a mans world and refusing to conform to the gender stereotypical subservient role.
The younger ME was willful, the rebel and far too busy to engage in anything like this I KNEW best. I had a husband to love, a family to nurture, a company to grow, employees to pay. What more could I need or learn.
The more mature ME is here because I want to support, grow and help develop the amazing young team of individuals I have at Exhibit Group, so they become the best even world leaders in Exhibition and Events and turn Exhibit Group into a thriving acclaimed, growing business.

As a participant what does a great experience look like for me?

In short 2 weeks in, I don’t know.

BUT I do get it and I am looking forward to the assignments, the meetings the discussions, I love the international feel of it all that really appeals.
I do see how some parts of it could work for The Exhibit Group and make not only me but the company more effective workers, I am excited about the dramas, the challenges and the turnaround it will have to the business.
So currently its not great but I know it has the potential to be and I have no negative thoughts just an open and willing mind.

How does my participation support the mission of this project?

Time for me to get controversial!

I actually think I support this mission as I am practical I have got to take what I learn and run it out across a business!

The majority of people here are going to coach people how to do it probably willing participants who want to do a course, who want to embrace the mindset of a self manager.

I am also from a non academic background and am probably the only participant who completed school while pregnant.

I am afraid of the academic path as it is out of my comfort zone so I like the challenge of challenging academia introducing practicalities as I have achieved my successes through a different path….. Getting s!*t done, driving results!
So in short without my participation it could all be a bit self praising and high brow, you always need someone to lower the tone and offer a different perspective!

The support I need to achieve my personal participation mission.

Knowledge, practical help, insight, love it really is that simple.

Reassurance that I can overcome my own personal insecurities and co — deliver this ideology/methodology convincingly to the team at Exhibit Group.
