LW Week #1 Assignment

The first week was very interesting, slack, zoom, medium, all of them are new to me, but I enjoyed the learning process.

Since my early 20’s when I started my entrepreneurial life I’ve always felt very lonely in the decision-making process, sometimes the process to share thoughts in traditional companies, where hierarchy speaks loud, is very hard because the opposite interest between counterparts.

The process to work as a team where the only interest was to share the assignment and define the roles together was very smooth and simple, probably because my partners in this project are very experienced/skilled people, making the task so much easier, my Partners agreed to use my startup company as a model to the exercise, I provided the traditional functions list and we define the roles together, we brainstormed by zoom twice and shared a google docs file where everybody collaborated.

The hardest part for me was to define the CEO roles, usually this function wears many hats which we have to split by roles, it was a completely different way of thinking for me, I’m very thankful for the work we’ve done together and excited to continue to learn about company roles.
