If you don’t believe in your writing, why should somebody else believe in your writing?

Belief is needed before anything else. You need to bring it to life for others to see and believe. Belief is the first step. It’s part of my process before I write anything. You have to believe you’re going to write a masterpiece.

Then, write again and again and again.

Here’s my four-step process for writing articles.

1. Believe In Your Writing

You may feel hopeless about your writing before you even start writing.

Everyone feels that way. I feel that way. But a little hopelessness can easily be overcome with the sting of belief. You take the courage you were born with and infuse it into your writing.

Belief gives your words more power. Who cares about the vanity metrics of likes and shares.

When you believe in the power of your writing, that belief is carried into your next article. The last thing you need is a hopeless article that you think is built around your readers' beliefs.
