Everyone thinks you need a million followers to make money online.

They’re obsessed with going viral, chasing likes, and building massive audiences.

In my 10+ years as an entrepreneur, I’ve never had a big audience.

Most of my email lists have always been under 15k — which is microscopic if you think about the hundreds of thousands (sometimes millions) of followers influencers have.

Yet I’ve built a profitable business writing just 2–3 hours a day.

It’s a very low-stress business model.

And the big idea here is simple: You don’t need a massive audience. You need the right audience.

Let me show you exactly how I do it.

1. Write content for the right people

Most people get this backwards.

They try to appeal to everyone and end up appealing to no one.

The right niche happens at this intersection:

  • People having the money
  • People having a problem
