Writing is an essential part of my side hustle activities. Basically, writing is a daily process of running my online business:

This is the reason I create systems and procedures — to simplify or automate things I need to do regularly.

In this story, I share my system and toolkit for writing on Medium. My goal is to publish at least 3 articles a week.

I publish them to help you with your writing routine or to get better ideas from you. Leave a comment if you can recommend another tool or process!

My writing process:

1️. I write drafts using Google Docs. My pro tip is to set a timer for 15 minutes. This motivates me to focus and write short content.

2️. Next, I use Deepl to check synonyms and wording issues (English is my second language)

3️. Then I go to Grammarly to correct grammar errors. You can also use a browser extension.
