Making friends was easy when we were kids.

I met my late best friend by asking him if he thought he was stronger than me during our year 7 (age 11) opening day.

When he said, “Yeah,” I unleashed the most lethal blow into his arm.

To my surprise, he didn’t react… We became super close friends from that day on.

3 years later, he told me it was so painful, but he didn’t wanna cry cos he thought I was crazy — I was a nuisance back then to be fair.

Making new friends as an adult isn’t this easy or bizarre. The busyness of life gets in the way, which makes it increasingly difficult.

Things get even more tricky when you add online friendships into the mix — “Is it even real?”

The truth is our survival as a species depends on our ability to form social connections.

This is regardless of whether it’s offline or online.

… But as more and more people pick up remote jobs and build online businesses, it’s become increasingly necessary to develop your online social skills.

In this story, I will show you exactly how to make friends over the Internet.
