I was perusing LinkedIn today and saw a post about an incredible freelance opportunity.

They were seeking experts in various fields to write about their superpower, that thing they were an expert in.

The publication was a nice size with great visibility. But, the pay sucked.

Six.cents.a.word?!?

In the string of comments was one, from a writer talking about their experience making a peak, $498K+ yearly salary from writing just a few articles a year (10K+ words each).
