I’m constantly surprised by how much life can change.

I’m a true believer that your life can change in 12 months — I’m an example of it. But I’m also wise to the idea that change is the result of many changes. And the biggest? They happen in silence.

Years before you see any evidence of them. And the trick, the real trick to getting the life you want is to have faith that the effort you are putting in, will get the results you want, even when you see no evidence, yet.

Progress doesn’t happen in a moment, it happens over time, often as a result of the decisions you made years ago.
