Are you tired of always rushing around?

Eating on the go?

Pushing and forcing yourself to do things.

Skipping lunch to catch up on the latest trends on social media?

Frustrated because there’s no time for yourself?

Yep. Me too.

Fortunately, in less than two minutes, through the power of the following three mindful movement exercises, you can:

  • Stop your mind from mindlessly wandering and regain your focus
  • Boost your energy and feel revitalised
  • Reduce the buildup of mental fatigue during the day

Here’s how you do these three simple mindfulness exercises

Mindful Movement Tip #1

Using your little toe as the lead, make ten clockwise and anticlockwise circles with your toes as you wiggle, fan, and stretch your toes out.

Pause and notice what feels different to your toes and feet.

Mindful Movement Tip #2
